Privacy Policy

1. Scope and contact

The operator and privacy contact is ITSAI. This policy explains how the informational website, the operator's support replies and the desktop app handle information.

Requests to access, correct, delete or restrict processing: KakaoTalk open chat (Korean)

2. Information processed by the website

The website has no sign-up, payment, wallet-connection or private-key forms. It uses no advertising or analytics scripts, and manual searches are processed inside your browser only.

To serve and secure the pages, the hosting provider Vercel may process connection data such as IP address, request time, URL and browser. Hosting infrastructure may be located outside your country. See the Vercel privacy notice for its processing, retention and international transfers. Related requests can also be made to the operator.

3. Support chats

The public profile name and image you use, the conversation, and any error screenshots or materials you volunteer are processed only as needed to answer your enquiry, distribute the app and resolve problems. We never ask for national ID numbers, private keys or recovery phrases. Mask account identifiers and sensitive details before sending screenshots or logs.

Enquiry content is kept only as long as needed to resolve it; once done, the operator deletes the conversation and downloaded materials without undue delay. Deletion requests are honoured except where retention is required by law, in which case the basis and period are explained and the data is kept separately for that purpose only. Electronic files are deleted in a way that is hard to recover.

Deletion on the operator's side is separate from storage on the messaging provider's servers; KakaoTalk's own processing is governed by the Kakao privacy policy and Telegram's by Telegram's. Enquiry data is not used for marketing or public case studies without separate consent.

4. The desktop app and the exchange

The API wallet key and your public address are kept in the Windows Credential Manager on your PC. Strategy settings, trade history and window layout are stored in the itsai-data folder next to the executable (or the app data folder if that location is not writable). The operator does not receive this information through the website.

To connect, query and place orders, the app sends your public address, query requests and signed order or approval data to the exchange API. The main private key entered for the one-time email-wallet approval is used for signing and is not written to files, settings or logs; it exists in memory during processing and complete memory erasure is not guaranteed.

Data left on your PC can be reviewed and deleted through the app's settings and the Windows Credential Manager. Stop trading and check positions and API permissions first. Records on the exchange or blockchain are not erased by deleting local data.

If you enable the optional Telegram alerts, the app sends fill notifications, position snapshots and the weekly report to the chat you specify through a bot you created. This passes through Telegram and is not delivered to the operator. The bot token is stored in the Windows Credential Manager.

To check for new versions, the app requests this website's version file at launch and every 6 hours. The request carries no account or wallet data, though, like any web request, the connecting IP may appear in hosting logs.

A “problem report file” reaches the operator only when you create it yourself and send it with an enquiry. It contains settings, engine state and part of the recent records; keys are excluded and wallet addresses are masked. It is deleted once the enquiry is resolved unless retention is needed.

5. Protection and your rights

The operator limits access to support materials to what is necessary and never requests unnecessary data such as private keys. Enquiry content and attachments are not disclosed to third parties except where required by law or with separate consent.

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data through the support channel. Verification uses the minimum information needed and never a private key or recovery phrase. In Korea, complaints can also be filed with the Personal Information Infringement Report Center.

6. Changes

If new data items, analytics tools or delivery methods are introduced, the actual processing and effective date are announced on this page and the required procedures are followed.
